Garlic Sautéed Spinach with Lemon
A quick, nutrient-packed side dish that pairs with almost anything.
  
  
    
      - 2 cups Fresh Spinach
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Olive Oil extra virgin
- 1/2 Lemon juiced
- Salt & Pepper to taste
 
    
      - Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic for 30 seconds. 
- Toss in spinach and sauté 1-2 minutes until wilted. 
- Finish with a squeeze of lemon.
