Garlic Sautéed Spinach with Lemon

Servings: 2 people

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 1/2 Lemon juiced
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic for 30 seconds.
  2. Toss in spinach and sauté 1-2 minutes until wilted.
  3. Finish with a squeeze of lemon.
