Golden Turmeric Latte with Ginger & Coconut Milk

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric (or 1 tsp freshly grated)
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger (or ½ tsp freshly grated)
  • pinch black pepper (boosts curcumin absorption)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional)

Method
 

  1. Warm the milk gently in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Whisk in turmeric, ginger, pepper, and cinnamon until smooth and golden.
  3. Remove from heat and sweeten to taste.
  4. Froth or blend for a creamy texture before serving.

Notes

Optional Add-Ons:
  • Add a teaspoon of coconut oil or ghee for extra richness and absorption.
  • Sprinkle with cardamom or nutmeg for a more aromatic version.
