- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish or similar. 
- Make the berry filling: In a bowl, mix berries, maple syrup/honey, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Pour into the baking dish. 
- Make the cobbler topping: In another bowl, combine almond flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in egg, coconut oil, milk, and vanilla until a thick batter forms. 
- Assemble: Drop spoonfuls of the topping evenly over the berries (it will spread as it bakes). 
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the topping is golden and the berries are bubbling. 
- Cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm, plain or with a spoonful of yogurt or coconut cream.
