Homemade Black Tea Latte with Cinnamon & Honey

Ingredients
  

  • 1 black tea bag (Assam, Darjeeling, or English Breakfast)
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup pistachio, almond, or coconut milk or a blend of 2 or 3
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp honey (optional)

Method
 

  1. Steep black tea bag in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
  2. In a small pot, warm milk with cinnamon until steaming.
  3. Froth the milk (optional) and pour over the tea.
  4. Stir in honey if desired.
